Day of Caring Submissions

United Way of Rock River Valley has been approached by several local companies requesting a Day of Caring project.  These projects are designed to engage volunteers in supporting our partner agencies while making a difference in the community. 

This is a very special opportunity to complete a project that you have been waiting for the time, talents and resources to become available.  (Please see attached document for examples of previous United Way Day of Caring projects).

SCOPE OF THE REQUEST:  Requests for Day of Caring Projects should be submitted for review and acceptance from the requesting organizations.

THE PROCESS:  (please note this is a great opportunity)

Fill out the following form with as much detail possible.
Please submit projects as soon as possible.

Once all projects are received, they will be presented to the requesting Companies who will select the project they will be able to complete.  Everyone will be notified of their choice.

This is a great opportunity to open your doors to a very enthusiastic employee group who understands the importance of giving back to the community where they live and work.  As the volunteers work to improve your organization, they will also learn more about you and those you serve.
