Birth to Five Illinois

We are statewide, but also regionally based. Each region has three Birth to Five Illinois staff. Livia Bane, Kelly McNeal, and Lisa Coen work within Winnebago and Boone Counties.

Birth to Five Illinois is an organization that works in every community in Illinois to find out what why families are not able to access Early Childhood Education and Care services and tell decisionmakers what local services families say they need for their children to thrive. Essentially, we are a platform for local families, Early Childhood experts, and community members to share what is best for their children’s futures.
