Who We Are

Circle of Change (COC) was established in 2007 to serve Veterans suffering the painful effects of PTSD, TBIs and mental health issues. Because of the effectiveness of the program, COC has now created dog programs for First Responders and Youth.

What We Do

Circle of Change serves Veterans, First Responders and Youth suffering from mental health challenges through dog training handling in order to build community, trust, resilience and to prevent suicide.

	Our volunteers work at various locations. The bulk of our help is done at various dog training facilities in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. We also share our mission and recruit participants at community events. We often utilize volunteers to run information tables or our now famous “Puppy Kissing Booth” at events.
